Afribiz Future Tech launches as Satewave and Afribiz seal long-term partnership

Satewave Technologies and Afribiz signed a long-term agreement creating Afribiz Future Tech (Pty) Ltd, a jointly owned company supplying electric vehicles, EV chargers, solar and renewable energy systems, telecoms hardware, computers and medical equipment from a South African base into the rest of the continent. Dr Collen Mashawana said the partnership brings global innovation together with African capability to create jobs, develop skills and attract investment.

Afribiz Invest and Ghana's NHF finalise R27bn agreement to deliver 22,000 homes

Afribiz Invest and Ghana's National Home Ownership Fund concluded a R27 billion Master Agreement to develop 22,000 mixed-use homes across Ghana, one of the largest African-led urban development initiatives in recent years. Signed in Sandton, the multi-phase rollout combines housing with commercial and community facilities and is expected to create thousands of jobs.

Afribiz Invest shifts to renewable energy as it expands into one of Africa's largest housing developments

Afribiz Invest announced a strategic pivot toward renewable energy, embedding clean-power systems across future housing and mixed-use developments. Planned technologies span rooftop solar PV with battery storage, solar water heating, hybrid solar-wind for rural and coastal areas, biomass, heat pumps and small hydro, building on the R27bn Ghana NHF agreement.
